Before the call, not during it

Everything a consultant would otherwise spend the first ten minutes asking. A 20-minute call that starts with the answers already on screen is a different conversation from one that starts at zero.

Why it's built this way

Three decisions

Intake completeness
100%

The consultant sees this before dialling. An incomplete intake is a call that starts at zero. Worth a nudge, not a block.

1
The human time is the expensive part

Nico's hour is the scarcest resource in the business. Ten minutes of a twenty-minute call spent asking what a form could have asked is a 50% tax on the most valuable mechanic in the product.

2
Injuries go to the trainer, not just to us

Stated plainly on the form, because people under-report when they think it's paperwork and over-report when they know a coach will read it. The second failure is much cheaper than the first.

3
Budget is asked, and explicitly not binding

Asking price up front reads as pushy unless you say why. The line under the field is doing real work. It converts a qualifying question into a promise not to waste their time.
